    Melt choc and butter in 20 sec increments in microwave. Stir to combine then whisk in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder in. Add salt. Stir just until you can no longer see flour.

    Fridge 30 minutes to firm up

    Preheat oven to 180C/350F (160C fan). Scoop and roll 16 balls (size 40 cookie scoop), space out 5 cm/ 2” apart on 2 large lined trays. Bake 12 min.
