Boil and reduce milk for 20 minutes or until 3/4 quantity.

Add sugar as per taste and mix well till it dissolves.

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Turn off flame. Bring it to room temperature.

Add sitaphal pulp. Reserve some for garnish.

Pour in glasses and garnish with a spoon of pulp and chopped nuts.
