Marinate chicken thighs with salt & pepper for 15 mins.

Add flour and coat chicken well.

Shallow fry for 6 - 7 mins.

Melt the butter.

Add garlic & saute for a minute.

Add all purpose flour and saute for a few seconds.

Add water, salt, chicken powder, oregano, black pepper powder, lemon juice, a pinch of Salt & sugar. Mix Well.

Add fried chicken & mix well.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
