    Take a bowl, put Gram Flour, 1tbsp Milk and 1tbsp Ghee and mix it properly with your hands, and then cover it for 5-7 mins.

    Keep the strainer on a plate/thali, and sieve it.

    Then keep the kadhai on the flame, put Ghee and melt it then put the Gram Flour in the melted Ghee and roast it on a medium flame.

    When the Gram Flour has roasted sprinkle some water on it (water helps to increase the granularity of gram flour). Roast it for a while to evaporate the water.

    Then take it out on a plate and cool it and keep it for an hour.

    Put Sugar Powder and Sugar Boora/Tagar in it gradually & mix them well. Bind the Laddoos.
