    Add ghee to a kadhai and reserve 1 tbsp for later.

    Add rava to the ghee and roast for 5 - 7 mins.

    Add powdered sugar and mix well. Turn off flame. Cover and keep for 10 mins.

    Grind this roasted rava with the remaining ghee and transfer to a boil.

    Add chopped nuts and mix well.

    If mixture is wet, refrigerate it for 15 - 20 mins so that it dries and we are able to make laddus out it it.
