    Peel off ghosala skin & cut it into small pieces. Wash it.

    Heat oil in a kadhai. Add garlic and saute for a few seconds

    Add chilli and saute for a few seconds.

    Add sliced onions and salt. Cook till onions turn light golden brown.

    Add turmeric powder & red chilli powder. Mix well.

    Add tomatoes & ghosala. Mix well.

    Add coriander powder, cumin powder, degi mirch powder, sugar & garam masala. Mix well. Cover & cook for 10 mins.

    Best eaten with rice rotis or chapatis
