Loaded Smashed Potatoes
Perfect for game night or an appetizer!!

Boil potatoes in salt water about 18- 20 minutes until cooked through. Do the fork test .

Spray oil on a baking pan .

Add the boiled potatoes and smash using a cup.

Seasoning with olive oil , sprinkle salt and black pepper

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes until crispy light brown.

Top with cheddar cheese, chopped chilis and bake another 3-5 minutes on high or broil - don't step away or they will burn. Remove from oven.

Top with green onions or any toppings you like such as bacon bits while hot so they stick to the warm cheese.

Dip in ranch dressing.
