Brown Butter Toffee Pretzel Chocolate Chip Cookie

    Brown butter, put it on a load of medium heat in a pan and let it melt and turn. Wouldn't it gives a nutty scent remove from the heat and let cool.

    Blend together the brown sugar and the brown butter.

    Add in one egg plus one egg yolk, and blend.

    Add in vanilla and blend.

    In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients slowly incorporate in 2-3 batches blending. Do not over blend once mixed.

    Add in chocolate chips, toffee pieces, and crushed pretzels.

    Mix with a wooden spoon and do not over mix.

    Preheat oven to 350 using a cookie scoop add to a pan lined with parchment paper and bake 10 to 12 minutes.

    If you would like to add more chocolate chips and pretzels to the tops of your cookies, take them out two minutes before the complete baking time. Add them carefully and put them in the oven for two more minutes.
