Mix all ingredients together except egg roll wrappers.

Add 2 tablespoons of the mix to egg roll wrappers. Brush the edges of the wrapper with water . Wrap over the mix . Fold in both sides and then fold over again to seal the egg roll wrapper.

Fry in oil until golden brown on all sides.

Once cooled cut in half or diagonal.

Serve with sweet chili sauce. Add sriracha if you want spiced sauce !
