    Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the sliced onions and bell pepper for 5 minutes or until softened.

    Add the shredded chicken, paprika, salt, cumin and pour in the sweet chilli sauce to the pan. Stir well to combine.

    Dip one side of the tortilla wraps into the sauce and set aside. Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture onto each tortilla. Sprinkle the grated gouda on top of each taco.

    Fold the tortillas and fry on both sides until crispy. Enjoy!


Notes

You can also add fresh toppings like avocado or sour cream for extra flavor.
