    Slice the chicken breast into 3-4 fillets. Season with salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Drizzle the fillets with oil, making sure they are well coated.

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium to high heat. Cook the chicken fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.

    Make the dressing, toss it mix with lettuce.

    Toast the 2 slices of bread. Place the dressed lettuce, top with cooked chicken fillets.

    Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the chicken. Place the second slice of the bread on top.
