Detailed Recipe and method for Satay Chicken

    Add 1 egg (or flaxseed powder mixture) to a bowl.

    Add 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, salt, 0.5 tsp Light Soya Sauce, 0.5 tsp vinegar, and 0.25 tsp White Pepper Powder to the bowl. Whisk till light and fluffy.

    Add 250gms boneless chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well.

    Put the chicken pieces into skewers and fry in oil.

    Mix 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce, 1 tsp Light Soya Sauce, 0.5 tsp vinegar, 0.25 tsp White Pepper Powder, a pinch of sugar, a pinch of red food color (optional), and 1 tbsp ketchup in a bowl.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp chopped garlic. Sautee for a few minutes.

    Add the prepared sauce mix to the pan and cook for a few minutes.

    Add 1 tsp cornflour in 1/4 cup water made into a slurry to the pan and cook till the sauce is not too thick and not too runny.

    Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan, flip and coat with sauce, and garnish with spring onions. Switch off the flame.

    Serve with fried rice or have as a starter!
