Chicken Cutlets

Name: Chicken Cutlets
Yield: 30 cutlets
Ingredients: 500 gms boiled and shredded chicken; 3 large boiled and mashed potatoes; 2 cup chopped cabbage; 1 cup chopped carrot; 2 tbsp chopped ginger and garlic; 1 cup fried onions; 1 cup breadcrumbs (4 slice breads equivalent); mint leaves (few); coriander leaves (few); 6 chopped green chillies; 2 eggs; 2 tbsp soya sauce light; 1 tbsp vinegar; 2 tbsp ketchup; 1 tbsp ghee; 1 tsp black pepper powder; 1 tsp garam masala powder; salt; 4 tbsp cornflour; 1 tsp chilli flakes; 0.75 cup all purpose flour

Makes 30-35 Cutlets

Dip it in All Purpose Flour Slurry- for which mix the following-

Coat it with Panko breadcrumbs ( You can use whatever breadcrumbs are available )

Fry these up and enjoy!

These can also be freezed and stored!
