    Mix well, Place a piece of hot coal in the bowl, Pour few drops of oil and cover the bowl for 2-3 minutes.

    Open the lid, remove the piece of coal and then marinate the chicken for 20 minutes.

    Then cook the chicken pieces in some oil.

    In a pan, Add 1 Tbsp Oil, 1Tsp Cumin Seeds, 3 Green Cardamom, 4 Kashmiri Dried Red Chillies, 1 Inch Chopped Ginger, 7 Chopped Garlic, 1 Big Onions Sliced.

    Cook this till onions and soft and mushy, Then add, 4 Tomatoes Diced, 2 Green Chillies, 12 Cashew Nuts, Salt.

    Cook till everything is soft and mushy. Then let it cool, Grind into a smooth paste with some water, Then Strain it.

    Now, In a pan, Add 1 Tbsp Oil + 2 Tbsp Butter, 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder, pinch of Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder.

    Cook for a few minutes on a very low flame & Add the Prepared gravy, Cook for 4-5 minutes till well combined.

    Now, Combine the cooked chicken, Prepared gravy in a pan, Add hot water and adjust consistency and add final garnishing - 1 Tbsp Ketchup, 1 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves, 3 Tbsp Fresh Cream, 2 Tbsp Butter.
