Fry these up in Oil.

In a pan, Add 1 Tbsp Butter, 1 Tbsp Garlic - Sautee for 2 minutes then add 1.5 Cup Milk mixed with 1 Tbsp Cornflour. Mix well and stir continuously then add, 1/4 Tsp Salt, 1/4 Tsp White Pepper Powder, 1/4 Tsp Chilli Flakes, Fresh Coriander, 3 Tbsp Fresh Cream. Mix well and the sauce is ready.

Now pour this sauce on the fried chicken pieces just before serving and garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy!
