    Add 1/3 Cup Chopped Cabbage, 1/3 Cup Chopped Capsicum, 1/3 Cup Chopped Carrot, Salt in a bowl. Mix well and let it rest so it leaves its moisture.

    Add 5 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes, 1/2 Cup Grated Paneer, 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, Few Coriander Leaves, Salt in a bowl. (Now Check the veggie mixture, squeeze and remove as much as water you can. Use your hands or a muslin cloth)

    Add the squeezed veggie mix to this bowl and finally give it a good mix.

    Shape into lollipops on an ice cream stick.

    Prepare Maida Slurry: 4Tbsp All Purpose Flour or Cornflour, 1/2 Cup Water, Salt, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder.

    Dip the lollipops in Maida Slurry and coat with breadcrumbs.

    Airfry at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

    Let’s prepare Tangy Sauce: On a pan, Add 1 Tbsp Oil, 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic. Fry till golden. Now add 2 Tbsp Red Chilli Paste and cook for 2-4 mins.

    Add 2 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce, 2Tbsp Ketchup, 1/2 Tsp Soya Sauce, 1/2 Tsp Sugar, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 Tsp Vinegar, Salt. Mix well.

    Add Cornflour Slurry (1Tbsp Cornflour + 1/4 Cup Water). Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes, Garnish with Spring Onions.

    Serve as a dip to lollipops or coat the lollipop with the sauce just before serving!
