My go to recipe for chaat cravings.

For Aloo Mixture

For Dahi

    Add 1 Tbsp Clarified Butter, 1 Tsp Coarsely Ground Coriander, 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds, 1 Tsp Ginger Chopped, 2 Green Chillies Chopped, 2 Big Potatoes Boiled and Mashed, 2 Tbsp Green Peas, 1 Tsp Dried Mango Powder, ½ Tsp Black Salt, 1/4 Tsp Salt, 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder, 1/4 Tsp Garam Masala Powder, 2 Pinch Turmeric Powder to a pan and mix well.

    Mix 2 Cups Curd, 1 Tbsp Sugar, ½ Tsp Black Salt for Dahi.

    Cut slice of bread into circles with help of a glass.

    Spread some green chutney and layer the prepared aloo mixture.

    Place another slice of bread on top to Make a sandwich.

    Place the aloo sandwich and pour the prepared dahi mixture generously.

    Pour some Tamarind Chutney

    Pour some Green Chutney

    Sprinkle some red chilli powder, Chaat Masala powder, cumin powder, pomegranate and boondi. Also add sev if available.
