Add 1 Tbsp Ghee in a pan.

Add 2 Big Tomatoes Chopped, 1 Medium Sized Capsicum Chopped, Salt, 1 Tsp Tomato Paste (Optional), 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder.

Cover and cook till everything is mushy and tomatoes are soft.

Break 2 Eggs on the pan and lightly scramble it. Do not mix everything together, just scramble the yolk till it’s spread out.

Garnish with slice cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Green Chillies, Chilli Flakes, Coriander Leaves.

Cover and cook till the egg is cooked and cheese is melted.

Serve with toasted bread and enjoy!
