Heat 2 Tbsp Oil.

Add 1 Tsp Chana Dal, 1 Tsp Urad Dal, -Cook for 10 seconds, Then add, 2 Dried Red Chillies (Spicy one), 4-5 Kashmiri Red Chillies, 4 Cloves Garlic, 1 Onion Roughly Chopped, 2 Tomatoes Salt.

Cook till everything is mushy then add one small piece of Tamarind.

Let this mixture cool then grind into a smooth paste.

For tempering Heat 1 Tbsp Oil, Add 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds and 7-8 Curry Leaves.
