Ingredients and Method for Hyderabadi Dum ka Kheema!

    Mix well and Marinate for 30 minutes.

    Roast for 2 minutes, then add, 8-10 Almonds, 2 Cinnamon, 1 Black Cardamom, 3 Green Cardamom, 3 Cloves, 1/2 Tsp Blackpepper corns, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 4-5 Dried Red Chillies.

    Roast for 2 minutes then add, 1 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut.

    When it turns golden, then add 2 Tbsp Poppy seeds.

    Mix and switch off the flame and let the masalas cool- grind into a powder.

    Add marinated kheema.

    Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes on high flame.

    Add prepared spice mix.

    Add 4 Tbsp Fried Onions, handful of Mint and Coriander Leaves, 2 Green Chillies.

    Mix well, Add 1 Cup Water and cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.

    Then add ginger juliennes, Green capsicum, Coriander Leaves. Mix well and give a smoky flavour with coal as shown in the video.

    Add 1 Tsp Butter and 1 Tsp lemon juice and serve.
