Soak chickpeas for 12 hours or overnight in water. After soaking, throw the water and dry it completely.

Grind soaked chickpeas, onion, green chillies, salt, garlic cloves, cumin powder, and parsley in a blender without adding any water.

Before frying, add soda and chilli flakes.

Grease your hands and roll into balls, lightly flatten it but don’t let any cuts come on the sides.

Fry in hot oil, medium flame, for 5-7 mins and enjoy!

Serve with Hummus.
