Soak chickpeas for 12 hours or overnight.

Add 2 Cups Water, 1/2 Tsp Salt, 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda and pressure cook for 1-2 whistles.

Peel the chickpeas.

Toast 3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds for 2-3 minutes, till fragrant.

Let it cool.

Grind it dry into a powder.

Add 3 Tbsp Olive oil and grind it again to make Tahini Paste.

Add 3-4 Garlic Cloves, 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder, Salt, 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice.

Grind again.

Add boiled and peeled chickpeas, with some water, and 6-7 cubes of Ice.

Grind again and it’s ready!

Serve with falafel or chicken or pita bread and enjoy!
