ROASTED CHIPOTLE TOMATO SPREAD
This is absolutely delicious on just about anything, we dipped chicken in it, had in on sourdough, wraps, crackers you name it!

Combine, roast 400° oven for 20-30 minutes.

Let cool.

Add all to food processor with roasted tomatoes and garlic. Process.

Add 1/2 cup @chosenfoods avocado mayo -Process until smooth.

Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, lemon juice. Measure with your heart.

Refrigerate. Serve with anything and everything!
