Ingredients: 1 cup blackberries (frozen, thawed); 0.25 cup cream (low temp pasteurized or raw); 1 cup milk (low temp pasteurized or raw); 3 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste); 1 scoop colostrum (@equipfoods); 0.5 scoop vanilla protein (@equipfoods); 3 passionfruit gummies (previous posts)

I recently won a ninja creami from an instagram giveaway and finally got to give it a spin!

Combine ingredients and adjust sweetness to taste.

Notes

Experiment with the sweetness, it can vary! I added a few more tablespoons of honey for Danny, but I prefer less sweet so taste and adjust as needed!!
