Super flavorful soup!

    Put a pot over medium heat with ghee.

    Add diced carrots, bell pepper, celery and onion to the pot and cook until starting to soften. Add salt and pepper.

    Add in bone broth, pumpkin soup or puree, diced tomatoes, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika and bring up to a boil. Turn down to a simmer and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

    Taste and adjust accordingly. I stirred in some greek yogurt once it cooled down a bit for creaminess and topped it off with cilantro, green onion, and homemade ranch!
