QUICK PICKLED ONIONS

This is my go to staple every week! It’s so simple and so tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

    Thinly slice your red onion, and cut those in half.

    To a jar add about 1/2 cup of vinegar, then a cup of hot water, salt, few drops of stevia and some sumac.

    Shake till salt is dissolved.

  4. 4

    Then add your onions, and shake.

  5. 5

    If the onions arnt fully submerged add more water.

  6. 6

    Leave on the counter for about an hour and then store in the fridge.
