Place the head of cauliflower in a large saucepan and submerge in hot water. Place over a medium heat and boil until it’s fork tender. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan.

Prepare the butter by whisking it with oil, then add the blend of spices and continue whisking until smooth.

Place the cauliflower in a baking dish, and coat the butter all over. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden on top.
