    Place the sesame seeds in a frying pan over a medium heat. Toast them for 10-12 minutes until they develop a light golden appearance, whilst continuously stirring the pan to prevent any from burning.

    Set the toasted sesame seeds aside. Using the same pan, add the honey on a high heat. As it starts to bubble and foam, this will be when the sesame seeds can go back in the pan.

    Continuously stir to combine well for 5 minutes.

    In a baking tray pre-lined with parchment paper, place the sesame seed mixture and press into the tray.

    Leave to cool for 20 minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.
