    Whisk water, yeast, honey, and salt in a bowl until combined.

    Add flours to another mixing bowl and pour in the wet mixture. Whisk to combine.

    Cover with cling film and leave for an hour.

    Heat up the oil in a saucepan over high heat.

    Carefully place a tablespoon of the batter in the oil and repeat to fill the pan.

    Fry for 2 minutes until golden brown and remove with a sieve.

    Place in a bowl with kitchen roll to soak up the excess oil.

    Continue the process until the mixture is used up.

    Add a few tablespoons of honey and a sprinkle of sesame seeds and toss to coat.

    Serve whilst warm.
