Mosaiko (Greek Chocolate Salami)

Whisk together the melted butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder until well combined.

Add the orange zest and mix once again until combined and set aside.

Place the biscuits in a bowl and very roughly break them.

Pour over the brandy and gently mix with your hands once again.

Place the biscuits in the bowl with the chocolate mixture and gently mix everything together until all biscuits are evenly coated.

Place the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and roll to form a log.

Pinch and twist both ends of the parchment paper to tighten the salami.

Cover in cling film and refrigerate for 3 hours before slicing up and enjoying.
