Crispy Spam with Gochujang Sauce

Grate the spam and place in the airfryer for 9 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, mixing half way through.

In a saucepan, add all the ingredients for the sauce. Place over a medium heat and continue stirring until the texture thickens and the sauce begins to bubble. Remove off the heat.

Coat the crispy spam in the sauce. Serve on a bed of rice. Optionally, serve with sliced cucumber and garnish with sesame seeds.
