    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan.

    Brush olive oil all over two sheets of filo.

    Add the crumbled feta, and add the third sheet of filo on top.

    Crinkle the filo sheets by carefully dragging the bottom and top.

    Roll from right to left to form a spiral.

    Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 15 minutes.

    Top with honey and black sesame seeds.
