start by grilling the skewers on the pan or the grill. Then remove them after 2 minutes.

chop all the veggies very finely then add them to the pan with a touch of olive oil. Salt. Pepper. Cumin powder. Cinnamon powder and tomato puree.

once everything got toasted add the juice of the lemon with the water. Add back the skewers cover and let them simmer in low till the potatoes are soft.

serve them with bread then treat yourself with some crispy Omani halwa from @zaheb_om and enjoy.
