    remove the outer shell of the broad beans then boil them with a tsp of sugar and a pinch of salt (the sugar will help keep the bright green color of the broad beans)

    mix the beans with salt, pepper, yogurt, olive oil, garlic and parsley

    either mash the dip with a fork or with a blender depending on the consistency you prefer

    make a well in the middle and drizzle a bit of olive oil to dip in

  5. 5

    sprinkle some sumac on top
