    start by mixing the honey. Yeast with the water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.

    Add a pinch of salt to 4 cups of the flour then add the yeasty water gradually while kneading.

    knead the dough for at least 10 minutes. The longer the better.

    cover the dough and let it rise for an hour.

    cut the dough into 8 equal pieces. Then let the pieces rest for 10 minutes.

    Flatten each piece with your fingers then roll it into a circle that is not too thick but not too thin either.

    let them rest for another 10 minutes.

    heat a skillet on high for a minute. Place the dough and keep flipping every 20 seconds. Drop the heat to medium at this point and keep flipping till you see a bubble forming.

    you can store it in the freezer for up to a month and enjoy.
