    start by mixing the flour with the yeast salt and a tiny drizzle of olive oil.

    add one cup of water then start kneading the dough while gradually adding the other cup of water or till you reach a sticky soft dough thats workable.

    lets the dough rise for half an hour or while chopping the onion and parsley.

    add them to the dough with the mince. Cinnamon cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Knead them into the dough till properly mixed.

    let the dough rise for another 30 minutes

    cut the dough into equal pieces then dust your counter top and flatten the dough with your fingers and a rolling pin.

    heat a pan on high then place the dough and poke it with a fork to prevent an air pocket, keep flipping the dough every minute for 4-5 minutes.

    top the bread with a bit of green some onion. Kebabs whatever you like and enjoy
