start by chopping the onion. Dill and coriander.

saute the onion with the ghee till it changes color then add the prawns. Add all the seasonings and the herbs. Give it a good stir for a minute then add the water.

let the prawns cook for 3-5 minutes on low heat.

wash and soak two cups of @canarybasmati remove half of the prawns from the pot and add the rice. The water should be covering the rice.

once it boils. Drop the heat to a simmer. Cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.

open the lid and add back the prawns on one side then let it cook for another 5 minutes.

once its ready serve it with tamarind daqoos and enjoy.
