blend the bulgur with an onion. A tomato the basil and mint. The cumin seeds and cinnamon sticks with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

finely chop the other half of the onion with 3 tomatoes and add them to the mix. Knead everything and make sure its properly mixed.

taste for seasoning and let it cool in the fridge so the bulgur absorbs all the tomato juices.

serve it on a plate with a drizzle of olive oil have it with bread or a fork or even some slices of onion and enjoy.
