Halloween “Champorado”

    Chop the Halloween chocolate and unsweetened chocolate into small bits, and place in a bowl.

    Cook the rice. I used microwaveable rice in the video.

    Place the hot rice over the chopped chocolate, and let it sit for 30 seconds.

    Mix well until all the rice is coated in chocolate.

  5. 5

    Add your desired amount of evaporated milk and mix again gently.

  6. 6

    Place the champorado in a serving bowl and garnish with M&Ms for a crunchy contrast.

    Serve warm.
