Simple but Tasty Ground Turkey Burrito Bowls

For the Ground Turkey

For the Cilantro Lime Rice

For the Burrito Bowl

    Cook the ground turkey over medium heat in a little bit of olive oil. Season with taco seasoning and add some stock at the end to keep moist.

    Saute the onions and peppers in some olive oil and taco seasoning.

    Rinse the basmati rice and cook up in a rice cooker with a 1:1 ratio of rice to water. Once it finished, add some avocado oil, chopped cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, and kosher salt.

    Add all the ingredients for the jalapeno ranch to a blender and blend until mixed. Taste test and add in additional buttermilk as needed to get to desired consistency.
