Ingredients: 0.25 cup Tahini; 1 juice Lemon; 2 Garlic (minced); 3 tbsp Olive oil; 1 tbsp Honey; 1 tsp Dijon; 1 Parsley (chopped); 1 Salt and pepper (to taste); 0.25 tsp Paprika; 3 tbsp Ice cold water (more as needed); 1 Block of feta; 0.5 juice Lemon; 1 Jalapeño (diced); 0.5 Shallot (diced); 1 Parsley (chopped); 1 Dill (chopped); 1 Salt and pepper (to taste); 1 Romaine; 1 Cucumbers; 1 Cherry tomatoes; 1 Kalamata olives; 1 Pickled red onion; 1 Mint; 1 Crazy Feta; 1 Crumbled pita chips

Add all ingredients to a jar except water and mix well. Add water a little at a time as needed to get to consistency you desire.
