Sticky Sweet Chilli Miso Chicken

    In a large bowl, add the chicken along with the sesame oil, soy sauce, egg and chilli oil. Mix well.

    To a large container, add the cornflour. Add the chicken, allowing excess sauce to drip off, to the cornflour. Do not over crowd the container so this maybe best in batches based on the size of the container used.

    Shake excess cornflour off before placing into the airfryer. Repeat with the remaining chicken. Spray with olive oil spray and cook in the airfyer for 12-15 minutes, mixing half way through, or until golden.

    In a large pan, add the miso, soy sauce, water and sweet chilli sauce. Whisk until thick. Add the chicken and mix until evenly coated.

    Serve with sesame seeds and spring onions.
