Smokey Corn Ribs

When you feel corn season in the air and forget all those corn recipes you’ve been dreaming of in the last few months…

    Remove the husk from around the corn and place in the microwave for 2 minutes. Leave to cool.

    Toast the sesame seeds in a small pan until brown (1 minute).

    Cut the corn into quarters through the core and then each quarter in half.

    Whisk together the paprika, garlic powder, ghee, five spice, sesame oil and ground coriander. Add the cut corn to the spice blend and mix to coat.

    Add to an airfryer in a single layer and cook at 200℃ for 13 minutes.

    Serve in a plate with spring onions, mayonnaise and lime wedge.
