Tandoori Chicken and Chips
The perfect combo of cheap and cheerful

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

In a large bowl, mix 300g of the yoghurt, 2 TBsp of the tandoori spice mix, a big squeeze of lemon and the garlic. Add the chicken and coat well. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Chop the potatoes into chip shapes. Add to a large baking tray, drizzle with oil, 1 TBsp of tandoori spice mix, the mixed herbs, salt & pepper. Mix well.

Add the chicken to a baking tray, drizzle with oil and season with salt & pepper.

Bake the chicken and chips in the oven for 25 minutes until browned and cooked through, tossing the chips around halfway.

Finely chop a handful of coriander and mix in a small bowl with 100g of Greek yoghurt with a pinch of salt and small squeeze of lemon juice. Serve as a dip on the side.
