    Fry off the beef until browned in a large saucepan. Set aside on a plate.

    Dice the onion and peppers. Fry the garlic, onion and peppers in the saucepan for a few minutes until softer.

    Add the browned beef, chopped tomatoes, herbs, kidney beans, chilli powder, Worcestershire sauce, stock cubes and boiling water. Bring to the boil then simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened and glossy.

    Serve on top of a pile of nachos, topped with chopped avocado, tomatoes, sour cream and chopped coriander.
