    In a pot over medium heat, combine pumpkin purée, milk and honey. Stir constantly and turn heat off just before it reaches a boil.

    Remove the pot from heat and add in gelatin. You’ll need to work quick to prevent clumping. Use a whisk or fork to mix.

    Transfer to desired mold.

    Place in the fridge to set until hard.

    Pop out and enjoy. Make sure to store extras in the fridge!
