    Prepare cashews by soaking them in boiling water for ~30 minutes.

    While cashews soak, pit dates and allow them to soften in warm water for ~10 minutes.

    In a food processor, combine Berrylicious granola and dates. Pulse/blend until granola is broken down and mixture forms together.

    Prepare a dish with parchment paper and press the granola base into the dish.

    In a blender, combine all the filling ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.

    Pour half the filling over the base, add a layer of sliced strawberries and pour the remaining filling.

    Freeze for 3-4 hours or until filling is firm.

    Slice into bars and top with a melted chocolate drizzle.
