Matcha Latte Gummies
A fun and functional way to get some extra matcha!

Blend together the matcha and coconut milk.

Remove 1 cup of liquid from the blender and add in the honey. Blend again!

Measure out one cup of the honey matcha mixture and pour it into a glass dish.

Sprinkle the gelatin over the top, 1 tablespoon at a time.

Set aside for a minute and then use a fork to mix and remove clumps.

In a small pot over medium heat, bring other cup of matcha to just under a boil.

Pour the warm matcha over the gelatin mixture and use a fork to mix and remove clumps again.

Transfer to the fridge to harden.

You know when your gummies are ready if you can easily slice and pop them out of the glass.
