A healthy indulgence treat filled with dark chocolate

    Pit dates and add them to a food processor. Blend dates to a paste.

    Add in oats and nut/seed butter and blend again.

  3. 3

    The mix should form together when compacted!

    Press into small muffin molds and use a tsp to create an imprint.

  5. 5

    Melt chocolate with maple syrup and coconut oil. Omit maple syrup if using sweetened chocolate.

    Pour chocolate to fill in and cover oat base.

    Freeze for 2-3 hours and enjoy! Extras can be kept in the fridge.
