No-Bake Superfood Brownie Bites

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract.

Add in the almond flour, cacao bliss and salt. Mix this well until everything is well incorporated.

Using a silicone muffin tray or silicone molds, scoop brownie mix and press down evenly.

In a microwave or using a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Remove from heat and stir in coconut milk and maple syrup if you’re adding it. This mixture should thicken a bit and be spoonable.

Top each brownie bite with a dollop of ganache and place them in the freezer for ~2 hours.
